"Sakura Sakura," TOMBO's favorite Slants song, provides the soundtrack to our main page — but that is simply not enough from a band that keeps you dancing all night long. Referring to themselves as "Chinatown dance rock," this hardworking band offers up a sweet set of distinctly hip-swinging, head-bopping dance rock.

Valid entries must be submitted via the online method as provided. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. Photo ID may be required as indicated on individual Entry page in order to claim prizes. All entries become the property of SakéOne. Eligibility
By entering into and participating in these drawings, each entrant agrees to be bound by the decision of the drawing. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release SakéOne, its brands, affiliates and their directors, employees, officers, agents, and its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating in this drawing, entrants agree that Oregon courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising form or relating to this drawing and that venue shall be only in Oregon. Further, all winners agree that their image and/or likeness and first name and city name, may be used on the tomboshochu.com website and may be used in the promotion of future drawings, with no further compensation being due to said winner. Employees of SakéOne and its respective affiliated companies, divisions, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the drawings. Selection of Winner
SakéOne will determine which entries are Valid Entries and whether the entries otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein ("Eligible Entries"). SakéOne will randomly draw the winner(s) from all of the Eligible Entries. SakéOne will be the sole judge of which entries are Eligible Entries and its decision and drawing will be final. The winner(s) will be notified by e-mail using the information provided on such winner's Entry. SakéOne is not responsible for misdirected or corrupted e-mail addresses that prohibit a person from entering the Sweepstakes or that prevent SakéOne from identifying or contacting a winner. Should a winning entrant not respond to e-mail notification of selection within the time indicated in the notification, the winner forfeits its eligibility to win and SakéOne, in its sole discretion, may select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received and the number of prizes allocated to the Sweepstakes.
Winner
To obtain the number of eligible entrants in a particular drawing or the name of the winners of any given drawing, -request these lists via email info@sakeone.com Subject: Contest Winners List, Requests must be received in writing within 90 days of the drawing. Requests must include specific contest information such as time and date of drawing, web address of drawing Entry form, prize(s) being offered and contest name. As a security precaution and privacy respect measure, said list generated will include Entry first names, last initial or name used to register with and abbreviated email address only.
Prize
Any expense not specifically stated as being included in the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. SakéOne reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value or with the equivalent cash value. The winner may not transfer or substitute the prize.
Federal, state and local taxes, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Privacy Policy
